There is a story the legacy networks want you to believe and then there is what Real America's Voice is actually doing about it. According to the corporate press, there is no pool feed. The stated reason is that CNN and two other outlets were denied White House access after the administration's ban took effect. So the networks, rather than continue to serve the shared function, withdrew from it entirely. And then, having withdrawn, they began telling their audiences there was no feed to show.
That is the shell game the corporate press is running. The feed exists. The cameras exist. The White House owns cameras and employs people who know how to operate them. The only thing that disappeared is the willingness of the legacy networks to do the job they agreed to do. When they say "there is no feed," what they mean is "we are not providing one and we would rather you not know that an alternative exists."

Now here's what matters, and where the mainstream coverage buries the lede. The framing you're seeing "the feed doesn't exist," "no pool coverage" is a self-inflicted wound by the networks being laundered into a fact about reality. The pool is a cartel arrangement. Five networks CNN, ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC agreed among themselves decades ago to share one camera to save money and space. When the rotating occupant Fox's Washington bureau chief declared "effective today, the TV pool will not be covering events designated as pool coverage," what actually happened is the cartel stopped performing its function. The footage never stopped existing. Real America's Voice simply stepped in and offered what the networks refused to.
That's the part the establishment press won't say plainly: they aren't reporting that "there is no feed" because the cameras went dark. They're reporting "no feed" because they stopped manning the camera and admitting otherwise would expose the pool as a private cartel arrangement rather than a public necessity.
