Prescription drugs drop to a record 60-year low thanks to TrumpRx

The White House announced that prescription drug prices in the United States have reached their lowest point in 60 years, attributing this significant decline to President Trump's efforts and the TrumpRx program.

Prescription drug prices decreased by 3.1% according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The price cuts are linked to the TrumpRx service, which delivers specific medications to patients at home.

Notably, the prices for GLP-1 weight-loss medications, referred to as the “fat drug,” start at $150.

Despite overall medical service costs rising, prescription drugs are falling in price.

White House spokesman Kush Desai emphasized Trump's unique achievement in reducing drug prices.

Overall, these measures have resulted in meaningful discounts for American patients, with the White House promoting President Trump's initiatives as a significant win for Americans.
