• He faces felony charges of Attempted Child Molestation and Communication With a Minor for Immoral Purposes in Kitsap County, Washington.
• An undercover operation revealed that Wade had been chatting with someone he thought was a young girl for months, using the app Hush and later Kik.
• The undercover agent posed as an 11-year-old girl, and their conversations included inappropriate and sexual messages.
• Wade arranged to meet the undercover persona on December 17, 2025, at East Park in Bremerton, after an earlier meeting date was rescheduled.
• Surveillance showed Wade preparing for the meeting, including a stop at a hotel where items related to sexual acts were discovered.
• He was apprehended by police as he waited to meet the undercover agent, and Wade initially claimed confusion about his location.
• Currently, he is in custody with a bond set at $750,000, facing potential life imprisonment if convicted.
