New York Disbars America’s Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

A New York appeals court has disbarred former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Affectionately dubbed "America's Mayor" following the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Giuliani reacted on X, stating, "Judges, like [Juan] Merchan and [Arthur] Engoron in NYC, are selected by local Democrat bosses. These judges, just like in a one-party Communist dictatorship, are not really elected but selected by the Democrat local bosses and often run unopposed."In their ruling, the appeals court contended Giuliani made false claims regarding the 2020 presidential election results while serving as Donald Trump's attorney.

The National Pulse has previously reported on the mounting evidence that allegations of 2020 election fraud are not without merit.

The move by the New York court comes nearly a year after Giuliani was arrested and booked in Fulton County, Georgia, after being accused of interfering in the 2020 presidential elections in the state.

Since his initial arrest, Giuliani has faced a litany of challenges, including being ordered to pay two Georgia election workers an astounding $148 million after a federal judge ruled that he had defamed them regarding alleged ballot fraud.

Republican establishment billionaire John Catsimatidis canceled Giuliani's radio show in May after stating the mayor had broken an agreement not to discuss 2020 election fraud on air.

Last month, Giuliani faced yet another legal hurdle when U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane said he was considering stripping the mayor's right to control his own finances.
