Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper could be next up for House Republicans to refer criminal charges to the Department of Justice.
Clapper appears to have exposed himself to perjury during a previous deposition.

Clapper Outs Himself During a 2017 deposition, Clapper had initially stated that he had never leaked the information to the media.
Eventually Clapper admitted that he discussed the dossier with CNN's Jake Tapper.
At the time, Clapper tried to cover himself by blasting the story, stating: "I expressed my profound dismay at the leaks that have been appearing in the press, and we both agreed that they are extremely corrosive and damaging to our national security." You should also keep in mind that Clapper was one of the 51 former intelligence officers who signed the letter claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop story appeared to be Russian disinformation.
Analysis Clapper is a dangerous man who has made a nasty habit of lying to Americans.
