 Everyone knows that Nancy Pelosi is as crooked a politician as can be. Has been for a very long time. This item suggests she may finally getting caught doing what would put us behind bars. But for politicians like her the law has a loophole they can use to do something the rest of us cannot do. Great people those politicians looking out for themselves while pretending to be looking out for us. NOT!!!

Congresswoman and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her husband sold 30,000 shares of Alphabet, the parent company of Google, in a transaction worth up to $3 million, weeks before the Justice Department filed an antitrust lawsuit against the tech giant…

While Google’s stock is worth $95.22 on Thursday, shares fell nearly $5 after the government announced the lawsuit.

Even as 30,000 migrants from those four countries were eligible to apply for humanitarian parole protections from their home countries, Mexico will be taking back 30,000 migrants per month from those same countries.

Critics pointed out that the Biden administration simply expanded the Title 42 policy enacted during former President Donald Trump’s administration — a policy that was also heavily criticized by Democrats.

Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, Menendez acknowledged the “difficult migration challenge at the southern border.” However, he said that they are “duty-bound to propose legal solutions” such as “one that protects asylum-seekers while also securing the safe removal of migrants who have no legal claim to stay in the United States.”

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas also discussed a proposed federal rule that allows his department to deny migrants the right to claim asylum at the southern border if they haven’t sought asylum in a country they pass through first.

In 2020, the courts blocked a similar proposal known as a “transit ban” from Stephen Miller, the senior adviser behind the Trump administration’s hard-line immigration policies.

The Democratic lawmakers said that asylum is an international right that should not be restricted. They urged the administration “to stand by your commitment to restore and protect the rights of asylum seekers and refugees.”

A White House official responded by drawing contrasts between Trump’s policy and the current one. They said that while Trump tried to “categorically bar asylum in the United States for everyone, everywhere,” Biden is providing “a safe, orderly, and humane process for seeking asylum.”

Both Democrats and Republicans have criticized Biden’s border policies. Democrats called him out for cutting off pathways for asylum-seekers while Republicans demand measures to make the border more secure.

Since the new policies went into effect early this month, senior Homeland Security officials noted a drastic decrease. On Jan. 24, the daily average of migrant encounters from the four specified countries was only 115, compared to the daily average of 3,367 on Dec. 11.

He is one of the most racist, irresponsible and uncivil reprobates within the ranks of the massively corrupt Progressive Democrat Socialist party. Al Sharpton’s latest theory

Although the facts of the case don’t fit the media’s typical narrative about police brutality, that hasn’t deterred the usual suspects from trying to bring race into the incident.

In an interview with MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Sharpton speculated that the five black officers would have behaved differently if Nichols were white.

“Race still is involved, because I don’t believe those cops would have done that to a young white,” Sharpton said.

Demonstrating the creative leaps of leftist logic, self-described “anti-racism educator” Tim Wise also attempted to tie the incident to a white supremacist conspiracy in a tweet.

Fanning the flames

The police got into two scuffles with Nichols during an attempted arrest for reckless driving on the night of January 7th. Nichols fled on foot before being ultimately taken into custody and sent to the hospital in critical condition.

The authorities haven’t issued an official cause of death, but Nichols’ family says he died at the hands of police and that the incident is racially motivated.

“This is a pretextual traffic stop, which, let’s call it what it is, it’s a racist traffic stop,” lawyer Antonio Romanucci said.

The city’s chief of police, Cerelyn Davis, compared Nichols to Rodney King, whose beating inspired some of the most destructive race riots in American history in Los Angeles.

Biden nods at “outrage”

High-profile attorney Benjamin Crump, who is representing the Nichols family, said the treatment of the sacked officers should be a model for how the country handles cops accused of brutality.

He called for a new law in Nichols’ honor that would obligate cops to intervene against other officers who break the law.

“We now have the blueprint, America, and we won’t accept less going forward in the future. We won’t have Black officers treated differently than White officers under the law,” Crump said.

You do remember that while running for the presidency Joe Biden could not bring himself to condemn their acts of violence. That is a revealing "tell" for sane people.

The Memphis Police Department said they will release the body cam footage from the incident Friday night at 7pm, EST.

The Daily Mail reports that Antifa has ordered its followers to bring “a list of weapons including rocks, kerosene and pipes.” The body cam footage was said to be “worse than Rodney King” the outlet reports and the family’s lawyer said it shows Nichols was beaten like a “human pinata.”

On Thursday, the Shelby County criminal court announced former officers Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Emmitt Martin III, Desmond Mills, Jr., and Justin Smith were terminated after the incident and face charges of second-degree murder.

On January 7, police initially claimed that Nichols was pulled over because of reckless driving. The officers said that they approached his vehicle, and a confrontation then ensued. The initial report claimed Nichols fled on foot and officers gave chase. Afterward, he was detained and taken into custody but then Nichols complained of shortness of breath. He was taken to a hospital where he later died on January 10.

On Thursday, Joe Biden called for “peaceful protest” in the streets of Memphis and he released a statement and said, “I join Tyre’s family in calling for peaceful protest. Outrage is understandable, but violence is never acceptable. Violence is destructive and against the law. It has no place in peaceful protests seeking justice.”

FBI Director Christopher Wray on Friday also called for “peaceful protest.”

Chief Davis said the death of Tyre Nichols was “heinous, reckless, and inhumane”

“I expect our citizens to exercise their First Amendment right to protest, to demand action and results. But we need to ensure our community is safe in this process,” Davis continued.

“None of this is a calling card for inciting violence or destruction on our community or against our citizens,” Davis said.

The Nichols family has asked that protests remain peaceful.

Other cities across the country are bracing for violence, including Portland, Oregon, where Antifa members have posted plans for violence on the social media platform Mastodon.

“I think it is going to be a VERY long weekend here in this good ole sh*thole country,” one Mastodon user wrote. “Urging my friends, again, to tighten up the opsec. Wear a mask, leave your phone at home, and wear eye protection — evidence has shown the cops are aiming at your eyes in hopes of blinding you. F*ck this country.”

“EVERY SINGLE MURDER caused by the police should ignite within us a rage that is unstoppable,” another person wrote. “The cops should fear us. We have been too quiet. Too peaceful. Too passive. The fires need to burn.”

Police Departments from cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Seattle have also been placed on high alert for potential rioting.
