In recent weeks, we’ve learned just how poorly the National Archives handles sensitive information. It dropped the ball with Joe Biden, who was able to improperly keep classified documents from his time as vice president. And we recently learned that Mike Pence also had a few classified documents at his home.

But, we’re supposed to believe the agency, when it came out and said it had everything from the Obama administration!?From The Western Journal:

On Aug. 12… the Nation Archives and Records Administration issued a statement assuring the public it had “assumed exclusive legal and physical custody of Obama Presidential records when President Barack Obama left office in 2017.”

Really? We all know Obama took 30 million pages of documents from the White House. He even took documents from the Clinton administration. And for years the National Archives was mad that Obama didn’t hand those documents over to it (although, they never called the FBI on him).

But now, we’re supposed to believe the NARA has all of Barry’s records? His team was asked about this very issue. And they did not respond well.

The former president’s staff declined to comment on whether it is conducting its own search for any mishandled classified documents he might have.

“We have nothing for you at this time,” Obama communications director Hannah Hankins told Fox News.

Yikes. That’s one of those “non-responses.” Obama’s team couldn’t say, decisively, that it wasn’t holding onto classified documents. Hey, when you take 30 million pages, you don’t really know what you have in your boxes.

Clearly, Obama’s team is very worried. They don’t know what is in their possession. Obama promised to digitize the documents from his time in office, for his library. But that has yet to happen.

This response to Fox News suggests Obama’s team is scrambling to look for anything classified in that huge stash of documents. And even if what they have is cleared, how do they know something isn’t stashed away in a garage or beachfront home?

“We have nothing…” is just a stall tactic. It could suggest Obama is sitting on a lot of documents. I wouldn’t put it past a man like him for taking boxes of classified documents–as a monument to his “legacy.” The DOJ accused Trump of taking documents as souvenirs from his time in office.

If that’s true, just imagine what an egomaniac like Barry, took?

House Oversight Committee chair demands answers from art gallery owner

Meanwhile, the employment website Indeed states that the average annual wage of an artist that year was only $73,013.

Biden’s highly lucrative art career has also caught the attention of Republicans, including House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer.

Comer addressed the issue in a letter sent to art gallery owner Georges Bergès on Wednesday in which he demanded any record of communication between his business and either the White House or Hunter Biden. He also sought the names of those who purchased Biden’s art work, noting that their identities and affiliations remain unknown.

“Despite being a novice artist, Hunter Biden received exorbitant amounts of money selling his artwork,” Comer pointed out.

GOP congressmen is “95% sure” Biden’s art buyers are Chinese

“For over a decade, the Biden family has profited from Joe Biden’s positions as a public official,” the Kentucky congressman continued.

“Your arrangement with Hunter Biden raises serious ethics concerns and calls into question whether the Biden family is again selling access and influence,” he went on to assert.

Breitbart recalled how in a 2022 interview, Comer told the website that he is “95% sure” that Biden’s art patrons are Chinese.

What’s more, Comer also discussed the issues surrounding Hunter Biden’s art sales during an appearance on Thursday with Fox News host Sean Hannity.

Committee chairman: “We’re just trying to trace the money”

When Hannity asked whether Congress knows whether or not Biden’s art has been purchased by China or other hostile regimes, Comer admitted that the body has “no idea.”

“That’s why we’ve asked the art gallery owner in New York where he’s been doing business to come to the Oversight Committee and sit down for a transcribed interview,” the lawmaker explained.

For good and just reasons Joe Biden is losing his grip on his own party. He will most likely be a lame duck president for the next two years if he lasts that long.

A letter to President Joe Biden, signed by 77 Democratic lawmakers, criticized his migrant policy that restricts asylum access for those crossing the border.

Among the lawmakers who signed the letter were New Jersey Sens. Bob Menendez and Cory Booker, and New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The lawmakers called the new policies, announced on Jan. 5, “disappointing.”

The new policies provided more legal pathways for migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. It also removed options for those nationalities to claim asylum at the border.
