Up the California Coast 2

Further north, the landscape changes to rolling heels and stone outcroppings. You'll cross a number of bridges which are quite striking by themselves.

The light was starting to fade and it was my intention to find a location to photograph the coming sunset.

The landscape started to flatten out in some areas and then came across this location.

This look like a likely spot to shoot my sunset. I spend my time waiting for the right moment enjoying the beach and the sounds of the ever ending  waves.

I was well rewarded for my efforts. Next on the agenda was San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Wanted to do a night shot of the bridge, but much to my dismay when I got there, the bridge was dark. It was part of California's budget cuts. I pushed on.
