• Recruitment Details: Nurses will be sponsored for EB-3 visas (Green Cards) and will receive assistance for immigration paperwork, housing, and cultural integration when arriving in Minnesota.
• Financial Aspects: Global Care Recruiters will cover immigration costs, ensuring that nurses do not incur fees for the process. Partner employers will also provide temporary housing.

• Job Market: With 1,350 vacant registered-nurse positions statewide, the first group of Kenyan nurses is expected to start work by late 2026 or early 2027.
