Decoy Dan, the Fraud Running for the Alaska Senate Is Missing

Evidence has emerged indicating that Mary Peltola's Senate campaign in Alaska, along with the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) and Chuck Schumer, orchestrated a deceptive strategy against incumbent Dan S. Sullivan.

• Dan J. Sullivan was intentionally recruited to run for Senate in order to mislead voters and draw votes away from the actual incumbent, Dan S. Sullivan.

• Alaska Governor Michael Dunleavy announced plans to investigate potential legal violations related to this scheme, although he did not specify which laws might have been broken.

• The New York Times reported on the hoax, leading to questions about when they became aware of the situation.

• Dan J. Sullivan, referred to as “Decoy Dan,” has been absent and may face accountability for his actions, especially if his previous non-oath answers are proven false.

• A staffer from Peltola’s campaign was tasked in summer 2025 with searching voter records for names similar to Dan Sullivan, involving various campaign aides and lawyers.

• This coordinated effort resulted in placing Dan J. Sullivan (the decoy) on the ballot next to the real Dan S. Sullivan, Peltola, and another candidate.

• The Justice Department has intensified its investigation into the matter, issuing numerous grand jury subpoenas and exploring potential charges against the Democrats involved.

The situation has raised serious questions about electoral integrity in Alaska, prompting a criminal probe and potential legal consequences for those involved in the scheme.
