Democratic Texas State Representative James Talarico is facing scrutiny over accusations of voter fraud. He has been accused of hypocrisy after using his parents' address for voting while criticizing his Republican opponent, Ken Paxton, for similar allegations.
Talarico accused Paxton of committing voter fraud by voting from an address belonging to his estranged wife, claiming Paxton had not lived there for two years.
Reports revealed that Talarico has voted in the last five elections using his parents' address, despite having purchased his own home in 2022.
