Secret Chinese Buyer Purchased Farmland Near U.S. Navy’s Pacific Fighter Jet Hub

 In November 2024, a corporation labeled as Chinese-owned, Long Feng International, Inc., bought over 1,500 acres of farmland in Kings County, California, for $21.2 million. This land is located approximately 16 miles from the U.S. Navy's main Pacific fighter jet base, Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore, which supports critical military air operations including F-35C Lightning II squadrons.

The USDA's foreign-landholding database classifies Long Feng as a U.S. corporation with a primary Chinese owner.

The farmland features productive agricultural areas and an established water supply.

Long Feng has recently acquired an additional 315 acres, bringing its total to nearly 1,829 acres, with some of this land now even closer to the Navy base.

There is no public information about the individual who owns Long Feng, as U.S. regulations currently do not mandate disclosure of corporate owners.
