House Oversight Cmte. releases Biden autopen report

House Oversight Republicans published a report confirming suspicions about President Biden’s mental and physical decline and suggesting that his staff acted without his direct involvement. This investigation reveals possible misuse of presidential authority during his administration.

• The report, titled "The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House," was led by Chairman James Comer and is based on over 47 hours of testimony from 14 former Biden administration officials.

• It claims that Biden’s aides orchestrated a cover-up regarding his cognitive health, using scripted communication, limiting access, and misusing the autopen to sign executive actions without Biden’s direct consent.

• The committee argues that many executive actions taken without documented evidence of Biden’s approval may not be legally valid and should be considered void.

• The report calls for the Department of Justice to review all executive actions and clemency from Biden’s administration between January 20, 2021, and January 19, 2025.

• Notably, several witnesses invoked the Fifth Amendment during their testimonies, implying either unwillingness to provide information or potential legal concerns.

The investigation highlights serious allegations about President Biden's mental fitness and the conduct of his aides. Following these findings, the report suggests a review of the actions taken by his physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, for possible misleading practices regarding his medical assessments.
