A new algorithm has been uncovered in the Wisconsin Election Commission's (WEC) voter registration database, suggesting potential election fraud. This alarming discovery, made by Andrew Paquette, Ph. D. , indicates that the WEC's computer system might have been compromised, prompting calls for immediate investigation by key officials.

1. Observation of Irregularities: Paquette found that a significant percentage (30. 6%) of voter records in the WEC database end with the number zero, while other digits appeared uniformly at 7. 7%. This unusual distribution raises suspicions of manipulation.

This unique situation has been labeled "doubles," differentiating it from previously identified "modified duplicates," where one voter has multiple records with altered details.

3. Implications of Doubles: The presence of "doubles" suggests a scheme to create fraudulent voter records, potentially allowing non-existent voters to participate in elections. The existence of identical voter IDs paired with differing records complicates identifying legitimate voters.

The consistent pattern contradicts the notion of random occurrences, leading to the conclusion that an external entity has manipulated the WEC database.

5. Legal Violations: The scheme allegedly violates the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), which mandates that each voter possess a unique ID, with no hidden coding allowed in voter databases. The situation poses significant concerns regarding election integrity.

6. Calls for Action: In light of these findings, there are demands for officials, including Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, to establish a Task Force for election integrity.
