There's a new report that deals with another reason, and it sounds like a powerful one for Jill.
According to one former Democrat operative in Jill's circle, the women's long-seated animosity is 'one hundred per cent' part of Jill's resistance to having her 81-year-old husband step aside.
As far as Jill, 73, is concerned, the only thing worse than her husband stepping down would be Kamala stepping up to replace him.
One source described it as "Hatred," saying Jill holds grudges and she hasn't let it go.
Then there's Jill's obsession with power and how that's also fueling hanging in there.
It may come down to negotiation and what Jill would want to step aside, although the pendulum seems to be swinging back toward Biden staying at the moment.
If any deal for Biden to step aside includes Kamala replacing him, given the animosity from Jill, that's another reason that such a deal may go south.
