Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas named Janet Napolitano to a panel investigating the Secret Service failures that allowed Trump to be shot.
Napolitano, Obama's Homeland Security Secretary, was at the nexus of the investigation over Fast and Furious, an Obama administration program that helped smuggle guns to cartels in order to impose gun control on Americans that backfired and led to the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
After claiming that she knew nothing about, she now gets to sit on a panel investigating another federal government arm that claims it knew nothing about its own decision to deny security to President Trump.
At least Janet Napolitano has plenty of experience in the relevant area.
