Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.
These materials included marked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and notebooks containing Mr. Biden's handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods.
FBI agents recovered these materials from the garage, offices, and basement den in Mr. Biden's Wilmington, Delaware home.
What Biden did is outrageously criminal - He had 50 years of documents, 50 times more than I had, and "WILLFULLY RETAINED" them.
Stunningly, at one point, a baffled Biden asked the investigators: "When did I stop being Vice President?"
The bottom line is that well aside from the corruption of a two-tiered justice system seriously biased against Donald Trump - a system that will criminally charge Trump for doing what Biden has done with no criminal charges for Biden - the man sitting in the White House right now is not only corrupt.
