Democrats are outraged that House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan is investigating suspected corruption in the Georgia case against President Donald Trump, and are demanding retaliation.
In response to Jordan's request for information in the get-Trump case, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis accused the congressman of "Obstruction."
MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner suggested that Willis bring the obstruction evidence against Jordan in front of a Georgia grand jury.
Kirschner wants Willis to investigate whether Jordan could be charged criminally.
"DA Fani Willis has announced that Jim Jordan is 'interfering in' & 'obstructing' the Georgia RICO prosecution of Donald Trump."Accordingly, evidence of Jordan's obstruction should be presented to a GA grand jury to assess if there's probable cause to criminally charge Jordan.
