It's becoming increasingly difficult to discern fact from fiction, and unfortunately the media has a strong bias. They spin stories to make conservatives look bad and will go to great lengths to avoid reporting on the good that comes from conservative policies. There are a few shining lights in the media landscape-brave conservative outlets that report the truth and offer a different perspective. We must support conservative outlets like this one and ensure that our voices are heard.

Election FOIA Lawsuit Update: Expert Affidavits, Interview With Laura Scharr, & Upcoming Hearing Announcement

In August of 2022, Attorney Lauren Martel filed a lawsuit against the SC State Election Commission and the election boards of 8 SC counties:

SC Safe Elections requested information pertaining to Cast Vote Records from both the 2020 general election and the 2022 primaries and runoff under the state FOIA law.
On August 31st, the plaintiffs were granted a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and Preliminary Injunction.
