Arizona Regime Is Investigating Kari Lake And Trying To JAIL Her On Felony Charges For Exercising First Amendment And Exposing Election Fraud

 Arizona is now targeting Kari Lake with felony charges for speaking out against the rigged election in Arizona

  • Secretary of State Adrian Fontes sent out a letter asking Attorney General Kris Mayes to investigate and take appropriate enforcement action against Lake
  • Mayes revealed that the AG's Election Integrity Unit (EIU) will become a Voter Protection Unit to fight efforts to eliminate vote by mail and prosecute alleged voter intimidation

Fontes' letter claims that Lake violated ARS 16-168 (f), which states:

  • Nothing in this section shall preclude public inspection of voter registration records at the office of the county recorder for the purposes prescribed by this section, except that the month and day of birth date, the social security number, the driver license number or any portion thereof, the Indian census number, and the state or country of birth of the voter shall not be accessible or reproduced by any person other than the voter, by an authorized government official in the scope of the official's duties, for any purpose by an entity designated by the secretary of state as a voter registration agency pursuant to the national voter registration act of 1993 (P.L. 103-31; 107 Stat. 77), for signature verification on petitions and candidate filings, for election purposes and for news gathering purposes by a person engaged in newspaper, radio, television or reportorial work, or connected with or employed by a newspaper or television station or pursuant to a court order.

Local patriot Anthony Dewitt shared the letter on Twitter, saying, “This is horrible! They are now trying to come after and investigate @KariLake for speaking up about our mismanaged elections! This is political persecution!”
