The 15-an-hour minimum wage push was a huge mistake

It harms the very people it claims to help: low-wage, low-skilled workers who are looking to climb the professional ladder.
The United States of America is an incredibly diverse country, with 50 different states, each of which operates differently economically. For a state like Mississippi, a $15 federal minimum would be the same as implementing a $21 minimum wage in California.

Many small businesses in small towns will have to fire some employees just to stay afloat

Thanks to the push from liberals to raise the minimum wage, many companies are making major adjustments and eliminating "human jobs" altogether
