Biden trying, yet again, to ignore federal law and leave the borders open
- Biden's top solicitor general made the case for why Biden can do whatever he wants, and what she said shocked every Supreme Court justice
- She basically said that whatever Biden tells these agencies to do, the courts have no power to stop them
- This contradicts over 80 years of legal precedent and every decision handed down by federal courts and the Supreme Court
- Chief Justice Roberts called it a "radical rewrite" of federal law, but that didn't seem to bother Biden's administration
- Everything Biden does shows that he does not respect our courts, nor the will of the people
