Want another example of just how dishonest and irresponsible Democrats are? Check out this guy. He is just one more of the lying reprobates who occupy useless space in the Democrat party.
Quote: "How an Iowa Democratic Senate Candidate Pads His Résumé. Mike Franken tells voters he was 'Obama's chief of legislative affairs.' He wasn't. Iowa Democratic Senate candidate Mike Franken is pitching himself as a politician who "knows how to get things done in Washington." But when it comes to the details of what he's done and what role he held in doing it, things get a little hazy. Franken told voters in August during a campaign stop that he served as former president Barack "Obama's chief of legislative affairs." He also said in March that he "pushed bills across the floor as an authorizer and appropriator" for the Department of Defense, according to a video obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. The retired U.S. Navy vice admiral did work in the department under Obama, but held neither of these positions. Rather, Franken was head of the Defense Department's Navy Office of Legislative Affairs during the Obama administration, and had a stint as a legislative aide to former senator Ted Kennedy (D., Mass.). Obama's legislative affairs directors were Phil Schiliro, Rob Nabors, Miguel Rodriguez, Katie Beirne Fallon, and Amy Rosenbaum. The Navy office Franken served in does not handle appropriation matters, according to its website. A spokesman for Franken's campaign did not respond to a request for comment. The résumé padding comes as Franken is fighting off allegations concerning his record of sexual misconduct. The Iowa Democrat in March forcibly kissed his former campaign manager, according to police records recently made public by the Iowa Field Report. Others close to the situation told Politico Franken had also made them uncomfortable or "frequently crossed boundaries with women" in the past. Franken has raised millions this election cycle in his bid to unseat incumbent Sen. Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa). He trails Grassley by 9 points, according to the latest FiveThirtyEight polling average. In September, Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) admitted to colleagues he doesn't think Franken will win the race, and his super PAC is withholding spending millions of dollars in Iowa from its war chest. Franken has said he believes Schumer is "proud of how we're doing. "Franken has also said on the campaign trail that Schumer put him "on the Committee of National Security Affairs," which is not a real committee, during his time in Congress. The Iowa Democrat has made other outlandish claims while campaigning. In June, Franken alleged Republicans were leading a capitalist-evangelical cabal to "dumb down" youth through "a war on education." He has also shown scant understanding of Americans' free speech rights he would have to defend as a U.S. senator." How an Iowa Democratic Senate Candidate Pads His Résumé (freebeacon.com) Ethics are nowhere to be found in the ranks of the progressive democrat socialist party.
It even gets worse at the top. Quote: "A top Republican watchdog said three words about Hunter Biden that left Democrats panicking. Hunter Biden’s problems are piling up with no end in sight. He’s become a major liability for the Biden regime. And a top Republican watchdog said three words about Hunter Biden that left Democrats panicking. Hunter Biden’s corruption is becoming a bigger and bigger headache for President Joe Biden. A federal grand jury investigation into alleged tax crimes related to his foreign influence peddling operation on Papa Joe’s political position is coming to a head. The Washington Post reported that federal agents believe there’s more than enough evidence for prosecutors to charge Hunter with multiple tax crimes, and for lying about drug abuse on a federal background check form. But criminal charges are just the beginning of Hunter Biden’s troubles, as Republicans are champing at the bit to investigate him if they can retake control of Congress after November’s Midterm elections.
Rep. James Comer (R-KY) is one of the top House Republican watchdogs investigating Hunter Biden’s corruption. Under a potential GOP majority, Rep. Comer is in line to chair the powerful House Oversight Committee, which would investigate Hunter. Comer told Just the News, No Noise that if Hunter Biden is charged, it shouldn’t be the “small potatoes” charges he’s currently facing. He said that Hunter Biden is being investigated by Republicans because he’s a “national security threat.” “What we’re hearing out of The Washington Post and rumors that we’re hearing, what Hunter Biden is going to be indicted on, this is small potatoes,” Comer said. “Lying on the gun application, tax evasion, these are things that we’ve known about for a long time. I don’t really care about those things.”
Comer gave a glimpse into a potential GOP-led investigation into Hunter during the next Congress. “We’re investigating Hunter Biden not to get Hunter Biden,” Comer explained. “We’re investigating Hunter Biden because he’s a national security threat.” While the corporate- controlled media is relctnly reporting on Hunter’s potential crimes, they’re also covevring up the big picture, according to Comer.
“When CNN interviews the President of the United States last night to talk about Hunter Biden, they talk about his gun violation, and they don’t mention the millions of dollars that he received from a Chinese energy company, which is now the American version of Enron,” Comer said. CEFC China Energy, a company with deep ties to the Chinese Communist government, paid Hunter Biden $5 million over nine months for “legal work.” The company folded after it was caught trying to bribe African officials in an oil deal, and its president was “disappeared” by the Chinese Communist Party.
A 2017 email sent from Hunter’s business associate, James Gilliar, said that Hunter would hold 10% of the earnings from the deal with CEFC for the “big guy.” According to another of Hunter’s former business associates, Tony Bobulinski, the “big guy” in question is none other than President Joe Biden. “It looks like to me that Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden’s Uncle Jim have been profiting off the Biden name,” Comer said. The Biden crime family’s troubles are just beginning if Republicans can retake control of Congress after November’s Midterm elections.
