Republicans win major election integrity ruling against Michigan secretary of state

The Republican Party has won an election integrity lawsuit against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson over restrictions she imposed on poll challengers

The RNC filed the suit earlier this month, pointing to last minute changes Benson implemented ahead of the Nov. 8 midterm elections
In a press release, RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said that Benson “violated Michigan election law in issuing this guidance."
