The Biden White House is staffing up to defend the president and his administration against the potential coming onslaught of Republican-led probes focused on first-son Hunter Biden
- In anticipation of a GOP victory in the House in November, the White House has so far agreed to part ways with $265,000 of taxpayer dollars for salaries of staffers who will primarily fend off the coming attacks.
- The troubled son of the president is currently contending with the possibility of being charged by the FBI for a number of crimes, including lying to the IRS and lying on a gun registration form.
The evidence prosecutors could use at a potential Hunter trial
- On October 12, 2018 Hunter bought a.38 caliber handgun from StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply in Wilmington, Delaware.
- The federally required Firearm Transaction Record for the purchase, obtained by DailyMail.com, asks: 'Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?'
- In his memoir, Beautiful Things, he admitted to his continued 'full-blown addiction' at the time - and in doing so, appeared to admit to the felony of lying on the firearm form.
