ACIP Votes to ADD COVID-19 Injections to the Childhood Schedule

The CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) voted unanimously to add COVID-19 vaccines to the recommended schedule of vaccinations for children and adults

  • The vaccine schedule now calls for children to begin receiving COVID mRNA shots when they are 6 months old
  • This is regulatory agencies and their advisory committees gone amuck.

CDC Spokesperson:

  • Regardless of how the ACIP votes, the decision does not alter official policy.
