Located in the heart of Chattanooga's Southside, Gallery 1401 is
dedicated to the exhibition of fine art. Established in 1998, Gallery
1401 represents over 40 nationally and internationally acclaimed
artists. Our beautiful collection reflects a full spectrum of
contemporary realism, impressionism, and classical styles of works on
paper, canvas, board, sculpture and glass. Our artists offer an
impressive range of original watercolors, oils, collage, drawings,
bronze, hand-blown glass and photography.

Under the leadership of owner and curator, Sue Markley, Gallery 1401 plays an important role in the arts community and beyond. Throughout the year, Gallery 1401 seeks to promote an understanding of the culture and historic significance of its collections through a series of one-person and group exhibitions. In addition to our shows we offer residential and commercial art consultation, professional assistance in frame selection, art delivery, and hanging.
